1. All return fares (not applicable to Greyhound portion) are calculated @15% discount and are THEREFORE NON REFUNDABLE.
2. Senior fares and student fares are @ a 10% discount--Students must show a valid student card.
3. This discount will not be added to the 15% already discounted on return fares and through trips.
4. Seniors are 62 years of age or older.
5. Birth to two years (not yet reached second birthday) go free. ONE CHILD FREE ONLY when accompanied by a passenger 15 years or older;
6. Free child not guaranteed a seat unless one half fare is paid for.
7. Two years to eleven years are half fare.
8. Children 7 years of age or younger cannot travel without an adult companion - NO EXCEPTIONS
9. Children 8 to 14 years of age (have not reached their 15th birthday) cannot travel without an adult companion for trips exceeding 5 hours in duration. - NO EXCEPTIONS
10. A fee of $5.00 must be assessed for each child 8-14 years of age traveling unaccompanied.
11. Passengers 15 years of age or older may accompany children.
12. Baggage allowed –

·         One carry-on and one suitcase under the bus free – carry-on bags must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat; suitcase up to 50 lbs

·         Second case under the bus at $10.00 plus .50 gst

·         Any other cases under the bus @ $25.00 plus $1.25 gst per bag as far as Edmonton; If further, $30.00 plus 1.50 gst

·         No excess bag over 70 pounds

·         Only allowed up to 7 excess bags, over that must go as freight

·         Any bag over 62 inches (length+ height + width) must go as freight

13. Refunded PSO's are calculated at fare minus 20%. No refund on service charge.
14. Refunded tickets are calculated at fare (the unused portion) less 20%.
15. Return tickets expiry date is one year after purchase.
16. One way tickets expiry date is one year after purchase.
